Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and on time. We partner only with reputed courier companies to ship your orders.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Shipping charges are more cost effective when more products are ordered.

We ship your order within 48-72 hours after payment is reflected in our system. Additional time will be required for customized orders such as fall, pico, blouse stitching etc. We will communicate an estimated timeline for customized orders.

Our shipping timelines are as follows. After the package is shipped, domestic deliveries (ie destination addresses inside India) take 5-10 working days. International deliveries (ie destination addresses outside India) take 5-14 days.

However, the delivery timeline could differ from the timelines above if there are operational constraints at the courier's end that are beyond our control.

VL Zaris is not responsible for any issues with courier services such as lost items, stolen items, delays, etc. 

Please do not use sharp instruments to open the package as a precaution against inadvertently damaging the fabric.
